Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by ghrproducts.com, keeping the following in mind:
* You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
* We do not accept items back that have been opened or used.
We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee of $4.99 will apply.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Currently domestic orders are free of charge.
Canadian orders are currently $15 flat rate.
International orders are currently $25 flat rate.
Orders are currently shipped via USPS with tracking numbers provided via email. Signatures may be required depending on size of order and are at the discretion of GHR Products.
